I have got printer so I have to buy cartridge every month it's costly for me can I refill the cartridge Can we refill ink cartridge ?

yes, but don't go for it , refilled cartridge may cause you lose your printer.leak may damage the printer.don't do it.
That depends upon the printer and the cartridge. Some newer printers cannot be refilled.
