Ok my printer has both in there and it still say's that it has no ink! I have an DESKjet D2330 How do I re-instal the printer so it will work?HP Printer and refill ink?
Try putting the cartridges back in again, then the printer should ask if these are new or used. Press either and it should work. sometimes you really have to push them in until you can tell they a snug.

Firstly reove the inks and clean the print head with alcohol, clean the electronic with same alcohol let dry and tr again....
if that dont work uninstall printer and then reinstall it again
