To recycle or throw out previously refilled ink cartridge?

I have several inkjet cartridges that I have refilled myself. Can these still be taken to a cartridge recycling center, or have I rendered these ';unrecyclable';?To recycle or throw out previously refilled ink cartridge?
some might still be reusable while others might be beyond repair depending on the status of the cartridges. just bring it to the center and they can identify the recyclables. To recycle or throw out previously refilled ink cartridge?
If you want to recycle, you can take your old cartridge to places like Wallgreen, CVS, Officemax, Officedepot, and they will give you a discount on the purchase of a new cartridge, I know for a fact that with officemax, you can become a member of their club, and you can bring in up to 10 cartridges per week, up to 40 per month, so you would get all that money back at the end of the month.
';Recycling'; doesn't always mean taking something somewhere to let other melt it into something else, it also means using something intended for one thing for something else.

If you have kids you can wash those old things out really really well (think hot tap water %26amp; soap, soaked) and recycle them into blocks.
Because you've refilled them these cartridges are no longer considered ';virgin'; cartridges. But you can still sell them back so they can be recycled. Because they are not virgins, you will not get as much for them - but they can still be recycled. Here is one recycling program that you may want to check out: http://www.castleink.com/_recycle-ink-ca鈥?/a>
it depends how many times you refilled your cartridges. after a while the nozzels get clogged and are usless for refilling. Ive refilled one cartridge 6 times and it was ok. but up to 3 times is all you should refill. To be ';green'; yes take them to a disposal center were thay can dispose of them properly
Yes, and yes, would be the answer, but take them to them anyways because they would have the proper waste disposal for those used cartridges.
