Does refilling ink cartridges give the same printing quality as original ink?

I saw on ebay there's refill kits available which come with bulk ink bottles so u can refill ur ink cartridges loads of times but are they worth getting? my printer costs me about 拢35 for new ink sets, but looks like I could have saved a lot buy just getting a refill kit...but what are your views on them?Does refilling ink cartridges give the same printing quality as original ink?
YES and here's the easiest way to save money, keep your hands clean and enjoy not buying cartridges. Get a CISS for your printer. It will save you TONS of MONEY, never change a cartridge again and it will pay for itself in a month.

Yes - I've been refilling my HP ink cartridges for many years now using inkjet refill kits that I get here http://www.castleink.com/_Ink-Refill-Kit鈥?/a> I honestly can't tell if there is any difference between these and the originals. The quality is pretty much identical if you ask me.
