Color ink refill won't show up on print test page?

Am I putting to little ink in the cartridge? Only the black ink shows up when I do a test page.Color ink refill won't show up on print test page?

Most of the time, those refill do not work properly which is why it doesn't show. The head might be damaged on the refill cartdrige itself or it is clogged.





But from what you are telling me, it is the cartridge itself. When you refill a cartdrige, you have to fill it to the top and make sure their is no air in it.Color ink refill won't show up on print test page?
go to your toolbox and clean the pens
