make sure that the cartrige is in right and then try again or look at the owners manualI have a dell all in one printer series 5 bought refill ink cartages now will not print?
First try turning in off and then back on again.
Then try unplugging it (waiting 30 seconds) and plugging it back in again.
If this doesn't work, uninstall it then re-install it.
Other ideas:
Printer heads need cleaning.
Printer heads need alignment.
You bought the wrong ink.
