I followed every instruction to the dot. I need my printer now. i have tried everything it said to get it to stop but nothing works.I just got a Nukote refill ink jet refill kit. I refilled my cartriage and now all it does is leak.?
Did you plug up the hole you made with a glue gun?
If you did not then the ink runs out because air can get in.I just got a Nukote refill ink jet refill kit. I refilled my cartriage and now all it does is leak.?
You may have overfilled it so take a paper towel fold it in half and keep dabbing the cartridge on to the paper towel untill you get 1 single line or suck some of the ink out of the cartridge and do the paper towel. You also mite have to pressurize the cartridge but I don't think you have the tool to do that. gl
Quit using refils.... Search for ';Continuous Ink Supply System'; get one for your printer (or bin your printer and get a printer that will accept continuous ink system). Savings.....WOW.
It helps to know which printer you are dealing with however I will just trouble shoot them all.
If you have a lexmark or dell you have over willed the cartridge. Bleed off some of the ink my placing i print head down on a whole lot of paper towel.
If you have a canon. epson or brother, make sure the hole is sealed properly.
If you have an hp, ensure that the label is replaced exactly as it was originally. If it is then you have overfilled it. Bleed the cartridge.
hey,
buy manufacturers cartridges. hope that helps
You may have overfilled it. Make sure you don't install a leaky cartridge into a printer, as the ink will dry and plug the nozzles and jam gears. After trying a couple different brands of refills, I gave up. It just wasn't worth the mess, time, and reduced print quality for the money.
