Where can I refill my ink catage in Houston TX?

I am looking for a place where I can refill my ink cartages, but it has to be in the Harris County area. No stupid answers please.Where can I refill my ink catage in Houston TX?
Walgreens does ink refills for like $10. So do Office Depot and Office Max.Where can I refill my ink catage in Houston TX?
Ink cartridges are deliberately designed not to allow refilling. This is for good reason. In addition to the chip which knows that the cartridge was empty and wont work unless it is reprogrammed (and some do not allow resetting), an empty cartridge starts to develop ink clots because the residue was exposed to air. When you add new ink, those clots travel to the heads and block them. Refilling is a great way to kill your printer. If you want to save money, buy brand new (not remanufactured) compatible cartridges.

Considering you can get brand new compatible cartridges for under $3 which hold 50% more ink than regular cartridges, refilling doesnt make sense. If your printer is an epson, try http://ccs-digital.com
get a new one at walmart. they're like $20-$30.
